Yamaha Jog Aprio 4JP, 2-stroke scooter. Engine starts and runs. No engine noise. Runs, turns, and stops without issue. Kick-start works. Idle and running confirmed. Starter relay is broken, so electric start does not work; currently started by kick only. Front cowl can be painted by seller if buyer requests. Direct transaction from Saitama.

Seller grades as scratches and dirt present. Starter relay faulty; electric start inoperative, kick-start functional.
