Rare Yamaha DT 125 two-stroke trail bike, mileage 3,200 km. Tank was replaced with used unit and repainted; seller notes paint is incomplete and has scuff marks from use, so buyer should finish the paint job and apply decals (Competition Yellow is the original color, spray cans available online for ~¥5,000). Seat has been reupholstered. Engine runs well; starts, stops, and handles as it should. Recent maintenance includes fuel petcock replacement, rear brake shoes replaced, carburetor rebuild kit installed, tank cap rubber gasket and air vent hose replaced, 6V battery replaced. Known issues: meter bracket cracked, kill switch defective, tires have cracks, oil warning light contact defective. Seller requests buyer to continue repairs. Includes two spare keys; main key, handlebar lock, and helmet holder all fit. JCI inspection valid through August 2011. Pick-up welcome; seller offers assistance with land transport coordination. Deregistration and transfer certificate will be provided.
Condition listed as "傷や汚れあり" (has scratches and dirt). Multiple known defects: cracked meter bracket, defective kill switch, cracked tires, defective oil warning light contact. Tank paint incomplete with scuff marks needing finish work by buyer.
