Storage conditions were not ideal and the wheels show wear; seller recommends repainting or polishing before use. Tires have sufficient tread to pass Japanese vehicle inspection. No air leaks detected; believed to have no cracks, but sold as-is. Condition visible in photos.
Wheels are worn and dirty from storage; seller suggests refinishing. Tires have adequate tread depth for inspection but are aged.
