The unit slowly returns to center under its own force and damping change is felt. Seat and bracket adjustment is smooth with no play. Pillow upper mount has no looseness. Installation is mechanically possible but overhaul (O/H) is recommended to achieve full performance. Suitable as a refresh base or for parts harvesting. This is a usable platform for someone planning to complete work before fitment. Fitment to other vehicles may require modification and parts changes.
