Suzuki GU74 GSX-R1100 Yoshimura Bonneville spec
スズキ GU74 GSXーR1100 ヨシムラ ボンネビル仕様

Custom Suzuki GSX-R1100 built for running condition, modeled after a Bonneville aesthetic. The seller has invested heavily in reliability and performance upgrades over time but is parting with it due to ergonomic incompatibility (the riding position compresses the stomach severely) and lack of garage space.
Exterior: Seat cowl has modification marks from removal of deteriorated foam padding; front mounting bracket missing but can be worked around. Large access opening cut into cowl for storage; rivet holes and unprofessional repair work visible. New Bonneville seat base custom-made by a well-known Kanagawa shop; seat upholstery newly completed by a seat shop. Tank has light shallow dent typical of racing-type tanks (24L capacity). Fuel petcock is GSX-R750 sourced and overhauled; spare negative-pressure petcock from GSF1200 included.
Upper cowl: Headlight area heavily modified by previous owners attempting light axis adjustment. Includes original aluminum retaining plate and custom stainless plate (requires modification to fit). Carbon-pattern sheet applied. Undercarriage cowl has modification marks; not compatible with current exhaust. Missing quick-release fastener bolts. Cracked headlight cover and windscreen; replacement parts available from inventory (stainless upper cowl brackets custom-made for right side, left in progress).
Engine: Stock. Yoshimura left and right covers newly installed. FCR-39 carburetor with dual-stack funnel intake; runs but needs tuning (drain gasket leaking, hesitation on throttle). Several missing bolts replaced with stainless. Yoshimura ignition coil overhaul kit included, unopened. Direct ignition conversion with new Watanabe ignition unit. Large-displacement alternator from water-cooled late model.
Exhaust: Discontinued Yoshimura GSX-R1100/750 stainless cyclone with titanium cover (new); silencer bracket uses Yoshimura single-seat cowl option.
Frame and suspension: Frame clean, minimal corrosion. SHOWA inverted 43mm forks from GSX-R750 water-cooled T-type, tuned; stem from R750 oil-cooled late model with handle lock modification and adjustment. Front fender carbon. Brakes: Rare Yoshimura Nissin calipers left and right (excellent condition); 320mm Hayabusa/TL-R Premium Racing full-floating discs; Swage-Line stainless braided hoses, smoke fittings; RC30 Nissin horizontal-mount master cylinders both sides, overhauled; heavy clutch. Rear: YSS suspension (new); reinforced swingarm with visible damage; tight rear wheel assembly. Kawasaki ZRX1200 rear caliper (new); Swage-Line rear hose with smoke fittings; master cylinder overhauled. New brake pads, effective. Custom step pegs from previous owner; shift lever and brake arm rubber replaced. Chain and sprocket appear serviceable but time-worn; replacement recommended.
Electrics: M-TECH repro wiring harness (new, expensive); STACK ST700 tachometer (used); original Bonneville meter included (8000 km shown). Kawasaki hazard-equipped switch box installed and functional; LED-compatible turn signal relay; custom LED tail light; all lighting LED. Kijima grip heaters. Daytona D-UNIT wiring. Single key only; tank cap keyless. Yoshimura cover blocks oil warning light.
Wheels and tires: Front 3.5-17 (Hayabusa), rear 5.5-17 (GSX-R1100) with temporary rolling tires, slightly flat.
Oil: Yamalube Premium Synthetic 10W-40; filter changed but over one year old.
Included spares: New Watanabe ignition coil and standard igniter, GU75 axle shaft, meter gear, new Bonneville windscreen and light covers (2 sets, drilling required), water-cooled GSX-R1100/GU75A inverted forks (painted fender included), White Power rear suspension with external reservoir (poor condition, needs overhaul), GSX-R1100 stock wheels front (one white, one black, poor paint), stock rear wheel 5.5-17 black, stock front and rear discs, GSX-R750 water-cooled T-type front forks (fender bracket rear cut), stainless upper cowl bracket (left), original Bonneville meter assembly (foam modified), small Honda CBR headlight unit for axis experiment, FCR keyster overhaul kit (unused), removed engine covers left/right, STACK manuals, various instruction sheets, decals.
Condition: Described as "base machine" with wear, scratches, chips, and modification marks throughout. Seller rates this as good working condition with known quirks; however emphasizes it is NOT a restoration-quality piece and buyers must accept current state and complete pre-ride inspection. Seller explicitly states complete no-claim, no-return policy due to custom nature and extensive previous owner work. Braking, ignition, and core running systems verified.
Seller grades this as working condition with cosmetic wear befitting a heavily modified custom build. Multiple areas show modification marks, repair work, and scratches; upper and lower cowls have structural changes and paint issues; tank has light dent; some fasteners missing. Seller emphasizes this is a base machine, not a show piece, and requires pre-ride inspection and likely tuning before safe operation.
