Description

2003 Suzuki Alto HA23V acquired in March 2026 and used in track events. This is a heavily modified 2-seat competition build with a turbo engine swap from a K6A. Engine: HE21S-sourced turbo unit with reinforced actuator, front-mounted intercooler (Capuchino spec), ARK boost controller, straight-pipe exhaust, tuned engine mounts, Monster Sp front pipe (HE21 spec), Fujitsubo Legalis K exhaust, R06A ignition coils (DL4), and IRIMAC8 plugs. ECU is a Yahoo Auction N1 unit. Drivetrain: Kei Works 1–4 gears, Lapin 5th (overhaul recommended); CUSCO RS 1.5-way LSD (overhaul recommended); Sideway lightweight flywheel and Exedy reinforced clutch (under 5,000 km, stock-equivalent); driveshaft stock-equivalent (under 20,000 km, HE21S spec on left front). Suspension: Navic springs (front 8k, rear 5.5k); rear traction bracket; F14 calipers with HT81S pads; Dixcel RGM rear brakes; Kei Works steering rack and stabilizer bar. Interior: 2-seat certified stripped cabin with Kei Works meter and passenger seat, Defi boost gauge, Autogauge three-dial meter (oil pressure gauge inoperative). Tires: Direzza ZIII front, Nankan NS2R (tread 120) rear. Engine and transmission oil changed; 500 km run-in completed. New front bumper and stock seat included. Deer-strike impact bent frame and intercooler mount skewed, but no running issues. First-to-second gear engagement difficult when revving first; cause unconfirmed (likely synchro or assembly issue), but no problem for street use. Right turn signal occasionally malfunctions (contact issue; mechanical tap fixes it). Inspection valid to March 2028. Seller requests buyer arrange transport; vehicle delivered as-is.

Frame bent from deer strike and intercooler mount skewed, but no running issues. First-to-second gear engagement difficult when revving, cause unconfirmed; right turn signal intermittent (contact issue). Seller notes no major issues after recent 120 km highway drive.
