Winter tires are included (studdless, adequate tread depth, but old; consider them a bonus). Local pickup only in Shiga Prefecture, Nagahama City area (southern part). Shipping is possible but requires 4-box freight collect service plus a 3,000 yen handling fee due to packing difficulty and lack of nearby carriers.
Seller grades this as "somewhat scratched and soiled." No curb damage, but reverse-side paint condition is poor. Tires are old winter tires with adequate tread.
