Comes with mandatory liability insurance valid until 2029 (approximately 3 years); once registered at the local office, it is immediately road-legal. The frame is in clean condition for its age. Two keys supplied: one main key set (original plus spare) controls ignition; a separate key set controls the tank lock and helmet holder. Frame and body show minor surface rust and small scratches repaired with touch-up paint, but the visible interior of the fuel tank is rust-free. Engine starts reliably, idles smoothly with no abnormal noise or white smoke, and pulls cleanly. All lights function. Tires front and rear are approximately 80% tread (near-new condition) with new tubes fitted. Front brake shoes are new; rear shoes are at 70% remaining life. New chain and sprockets (17T front, 31T rear). Upgraded SP Takegawa JMCA-certified 2-piece exhaust manifold. 5cm extended swingarm. Kyoto-standard carburetor with Takegawa air cleaner.
