MOMO steering wheel manufactured for AC Schnitzer. Four-spoke design with full pad coverage. Diameter 38 cm. Made in Italy, stamped TYP M38, KBA 70056, dated 12-90 (believed to be 1990 manufacture).
Sold as junk due to significant wear. Leather grip surface and sides show extensive cracking from age. Four repair patches visible at the grip-to-spoke joints where leather has shrunk. Center pad has surface scratches but no urethane cracks underneath; mounting to wheel is sound. Leather areas show signs of previous repair and color restoration; gloss varies in places. No stitching gaps, fraying, or leather separation at grip seams. Overall consistent with a used vintage wheel suitable for restoration or custom builds.
Seller grades this as junk (ジャンク). Leather grip has extensive cracking throughout; four visible repair patches at spoke joints where leather has shrunk. Center pad scratched but underlying urethane not cracked. Some areas show prior leather repair with gloss inconsistencies.
