Mazda Demio DE5FS CUSCO LSD type-RS 1.5way used, overhaul base with SST

Used CUSCO LSD type-RS 1.5way for Mazda Demio DE5FS, sold as an overhaul base. The assembled LSD unit is shown in the first photo. Included: RS plates (worn), inner clutch discs (worn), outer clutch discs (worn), bearing outer race (new, with punch marks on case side), initial check SST tool LSD SST 15, and pressure ring (used). Bearing is pressed in and outer race shipped separately. Both inner and outer clutch discs are used and worn thinner than new. The LSD is assembled but buyer should plan a complete overhaul. Seller checked with Carrosse and notes standard thicknesses are inner clutch 1.8mm ×6, outer clutch 1.2mm ×5 plus 1.3mm ×1, RS plate 2.2mm ×2 for total 22.5mm stack. This unit measures 11.25mm per side assembled at 1.5way ratio with initial torque of 4Kg. To adjust initial preload, buyer must source separate repair kits or individual discs. LSD case and ring gear cover fasteners were changed from Phillips to hex socket during overhaul. Critical: Standard differential has ring gear rivet-mounted; conversion to LSD requires grinding out rivets and sourcing ring gear bolts specific to LSD—these are not included. Buyer must source and install the ring gear bolts.

Used condition with scratches and wear. Inner and outer clutch discs are worn and thinner than factory new; outer race has punch marks. Bearing outer race is new.
