Kenwood 1DIN+1DIN Cassette/DSP/10-Disc CD Changer KRC-X828/KGC-P800/KDC-C55 Overhauled

This is a rare, original Kenwood 1DIN+1DIN cassette deck, DSP unit, and 10-disc CD changer (KRC-X828/KGC-P800/KDC-C55). The unit has been completely overhauled: the cassette unit received belt replacement and mechanical adjustments, the DSP unit had the upper circuit board serviced, and the CD changer received lens cleaning and control board overhaul. All functions work properly: cassette playback, fast forward, rewind, auto-reverse, CD playback, disc changer operation, DSP/EQ adjustment, LCD display, speaker output, and AUX input. LCD displays are particularly prone to leakage on Kenwood units of this era, but both the cassette deck and DSP unit LCDs are in excellent condition and display clearly, making this unusually rare. The body shows minimal scratches for its age and is in very clean condition. Note: on initial power-up, the DSP unit may restart repeatedly for 30 seconds to 1 minute before stabilizing; operation is normal once stable.

Seller grades this as excellent, very clean with minimal scratches for age. LCD displays are intact and clear, unusual for this era. Unit briefly restarts on initial power-up before stabilizing.
