1976 Kawasaki Z550FX (KZ550). Frame number KZ550B-0072, engine number KZ550AG0066. 55,000 km on the odometer. Vehicle inspection valid until September 2026. Originally built for personal use; the seller is parting with it due to lack of storage and riding opportunity.

Engine: Starts and idles well with choke; throttle response is smooth. No smoke, abnormal noise, or oil seepage. Carburetor has been cleaned, reassembled, and lightly tuned; runs without issues. Frame appears straight with no bending; scratches and rust consistent with the age of the bike. Electrical system has been repaired and lights work properly. Front and rear brake calipers have been bled; both master cylinders are new. Drivetrain is smooth with no issues. Tires have good tread but are old; the seller recommends replacement if ridden hard. Suspension is relatively clean with no rust on sliding parts. Original instruments work. Repro plastics are new with no rust.

New and replaced parts include: outer plastics, emblems, tack-roll seat, Z2 grips, BRC reinforced cam chain tensioner, tandem grips, battery, fuel petcock, tank cap, fuel filter, power filter, new engine oil, new brake fluid, front and rear master cylinders, aftermarket header pipe, throttle and clutch cables, tach and speedo cables, chrome front fender, turn signal relay, Z2 short mirrors, and others.
