Prior to storage it ran normally; seller believes plug and carburetor cleaning may restore it. Documents are currently in temporary cancellation (一時抹消) status. One key included. Photographs show the full condition. Seller notes this is a non-running bike requiring maintenance and advises only buyers comfortable with a project/junk condition bike to bid.
