1990 Kawasaki GPZ400R (ZR400D), 9097 km on the odometer. Long-term storage under a bike cover; vehicle inspection expired in 1998. One key fits both the ignition and seat; tank cap will not open due to rust.
Tank has severe rust with paint and metal separated; interior is heavily corroded and loose. A hole in the tank allows fuel to leak, and tar residue has accumulated on the frame and side cowl.
Starter motor and crankshaft turn with jump starter. Compression measured at 9 kpa; spark plugs fire. Engine could be started with a used fuel tank and used carburettor. Original front and rear tires were deteriorated; used tires installed to allow rolling.
Front and rear brakes drag from rust. Right front turn signal lens is cracked; other body damage is minimal. Includes ownership return documents only.
Seller prefers local pickup; freight delivery available for additional fee.
Long-term storage with heavy rust throughout. Tank corroded with holes and internal rust; fuel leakage noted. Brakes drag; right front turn signal cracked. Engine turns and sparks but not currently running.
