Non-running scooter brought back to service over approximately one year. Major work completed: front and rear tires replaced (both wheels converted from tube-type to AF27 tubeless), front suspension replaced with new KN-brand unit, stock muffler modified with core removed for better flow and slightly increased sound, throttle cable, manifold, and carburetor replaced new (KOSO PWK28), 2-stroke oil switched to gasoline-mix type, driveline disassembled and all worn parts replaced (belt, weight rollers, etc.), primary reduction ratio gearbox changed KN spec 13×40 (stock 12×42), reducing ratio from 12.1 to 10.6. Parts cost approximately 60,000 JPY. Cruises steadily at 60 km/h on flat ground at seller's weight of 60 kg (70 km/h in tuck). One original key included. High-octane fuel. Liability insurance valid through October this year. Known issues: handlebar lock broken and does not lock; starter motor weak, requires kick-start in morning (fuel tank mounted at foot, engine-driven pump feeds carb, design limitation); front cowl cracked and bonded, painted black; seat lock key missing, seat unlocks with finger pressure; seat has minor tears; rear cowl was cracked and repaired with wire. Buyer must arrange pickup or freight carrier. Seller will deregister after purchase; one week required for this process.

Cosmetic damage noted: front cowl cracked and bonded with black paint, rear cowl cracked and wire-repaired, seat with minor tears. Handlebar lock non-functional, starter weak in cold (kick-start required until warm), seat lock key missing.
