Front basket bracket rusted; basket not included. Front and rear brakes both have poor stopping power; front brake shoes replaced with aftermarket unit. Seller provides bill of sale from original seller and can provide their own transfer certificate. Never registered or ridden. Pickup only; no shipping available.
