Honda NSR250R MC21 excellent condition low mileage mostly stock 1990

1990 Honda NSR250R MC21 STD model with 13,500 km. The seller acquired this bike after it sat in storage for approximately 15 years and has extensively restored and optimized it. Full service and carburetor overhaul completed. Frame, front fork, swingarm, and wheels polished to mirror finish. Original inner tubes replaced with new titanium-coated units and new oil/dust seals installed. Exterior panels replaced with aftermarket OEM-style parts due to cracks and fading. Engine modifications include DMR wide pulley with RC valve fully adjusted for low-end torque and high-rpm power; clutch function on pulley protects against PGM failure. Limiter cut switchable via button for extended use or race mode. New finned regulator installed to stabilize idle voltage; USB connector with voltmeter added. Rear sprocket is AFAM duralumin; carbon fiber chain cover; BATTLE RACING back steps; ZETA racing handlebars; T2RACING clutch cable. Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3 tires with approximately 9/32 tread, manufactured 2025 week 44 (front) and week 45 (rear). Currently registered with valid liability insurance through April 2027. Approximately 100 km ridden on new panels. Small defect on left rear panel present from delivery; minor scratches on tank and wheels expected for a 30+ year old machine; both silencers have scratches but no dents. Polished finish will dull over time and requires periodic wiping. Original Honda and NSR decals not yet applied. No PGM or crankcase seal issues noted; routine maintenance and mechanical knowledge required for ownership.

Seller grades as "slightly worn or soiled". Bike is well-maintained and cosmetically excellent after restoration; small factory defect on left rear panel, minor scratches on tank and wheels, scratches on both silencers. Polished surfaces require regular wiping to maintain appearance.
