The machine has been stored in a garage for 3–4 years and does not currently start by kick or electric ignition. The seller believes carburetor service is needed to run the engine. The fuel tank shows no severe rust internally. The exterior exhibits dirt, scratches, cracks, fading, and general deterioration consistent with its age and storage.
