The seller owns it and provides documentation: Japanese deregistration certificate, original US title, and customs clearance papers (as 400cc). The bike is in good overall condition with no engine knock and a well-sounding collector exhaust. Recent work includes new battery, throttle cable, turn signal relay, brake fluid, and carburetor float. The fuel tank shows no rust. The exterior was recently repainted with two-part polyurethane, with small dents filled with filler. The seller notes this is amateur maintenance done to make the bike street-legal in Japan, not professional shop work, and recommends professional inspection before use.
