Custom-built Honda DIO XR BAJA (51–125cc category, registered as 80cc yellow plate). The seller purchased the engine and has ridden approximately 2,000 km since. Starts and idles smoothly; runs, turns, and stops without issue; lights function. Battery is dead and will need replacement. Cowl has age-appropriate cracks and damage to mounting tabs, but no impact on rideability. Not cosmetically pristine.
Custom modifications include: AF18 engine swap (AF28 lower end), AIRSAL 69.7cc aluminum bore-up kit, OKO PWK21 carburetor, Taiwan intake manifold kit, Polini filter kit, mixed oil system, Kitaco high-throttle cable, BR8HS plug, reinforced ignition coil, KOSO reinforced cooling fan, RB WORKS chamber, WR Doctor pulley 9.5g, and 16×42 high-ratio gearing. Cruises comfortably to 70 km/h; GPS-verified top speed of 82 km/h (not fully wound out). Stock clutch, torque cam, and pulley leave room for further tuning. Many accessories included but seller prefers pickup to avoid shipping hassle (see image 9).
Seller is an amateur, not a shop. Located in Oguni, Niigata Prefecture. Pickup preferred; shipper-arranged transport acceptable.
Engine runs and idles well, lights work. Battery dead. Cowl cracking and mount damage consistent with age; no effect on operation.
