Heavily modified Honda Tact (AB07) with 71cc bored engine. Donor engine is an AF24 Giorno (AF24E) with AF27 Dio internals, ported and enlarged cylinder. Complete engine rebuild with new crankshaft bearings, oil seals, and upgraded to AF28ZX spec with thick belt drive. Third transfer port enlarged, intake enlarged, case work done. Carburetor is Livedeo early model funnel spec. Oil pump modified for separate oil system. Original Maruzen Auto chamber with new decals; angle changed with welding near flange. CDI upgraded from 07 Tact to DJ-1R late spec. Drivetrain: all final drive case bearings and seals renewed, final gear ratio 9.8 (15×42), KOSO high-speed pulley, 14° lightweight drive face, large diameter ZX-spec driven, Giorno Cleator torque cam. Suspension: modified to fit DJ-1R late model chassis, no rear suspension (stock suspension also included), front bump rubber retained. KN Kikai short rear suspension (stock also included). Lowered (can revert to stock before delivery). New front and rear tires 2.50-10. Exterior minimal custom work—basket, VANS grips added. Step area has a crack; bodywork and clear coat otherwise good. Currently registered as 50cc white number plate; can re-register to yellow plate before handover. Seller states electric start works, winter start reliable with auto-choke wiring, smooth acceleration and cruising. Seller notes this is a favorite bike but must sell due to space constraints.
