Complete overhaul transmission for Suzuki Capuchino (EA11R/EA21R). All worn or damaged parts have been replaced or adjusted. Road tested to confirm smooth shifting, no grinding or rattling, and no oil leaks. Case and internals thoroughly cleaned. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear synchronizers and all six main and counter shaft bearings replaced with new units. 4th and 5th gear synchronizers replaced with near-new OEM stock parts. Three oil seals (input shaft, output shaft, counter shaft plug) replaced. All gear teeth and sleeve engagement surfaces inspected, with minor defects corrected; non-repairable gears sourced from stock. Shafts checked for straightness with V-block and verified under load. Back gear engagement surfaces reshaped for smooth reverse shifting. Shift springs replaced. Heat-treated silver finish applied. Break-in driving required by buyer. Gentle shifting recommended for 1st–3rd gears to preserve synchronizers.
