1980 Ducati 900SS (Bevel) in black and gold. The carburetor has been upgraded from the original Dellorto to a KEIHIN FCR, making the bike manageable across varying altitudes and riding conditions from highway to city to touring. The seller acquired this bike approximately 20 years ago from a Yokohama specialist shop, which performed an engine overhaul and complete repaint at that time. It has been continuously owned since and stored in a garage or covered area. Regular oil changes and routine maintenance have been performed by the seller; more extensive work is referred to a specialist shop as needed. The bike currently starts and runs. JCI (motorcycle registration) valid until June 2027. Lights function normally and the bike has passed user inspection multiple times in this configuration. Battery voltage measured 12.8 V engine off, 13.5 V idle, 14.5 V at 2000 rpm, 14.7 V at 3000 rpm (August 3, 2026).

Customizations (performed at time of purchase): KEIHIN FCR carburetor, DYMAG lightweight wheels, front brake with large single disc plus Brembo 4-pot caliper and Brembo radial master cylinder, OHLINS rear suspension, ETC onboard unit.

Condition: Paint is peeling under the fuel tank pad (hidden when pad is in place); otherwise wear and rust consistent with age and model year. No major damage requiring immediate repair. Minor oil weeping typical of vintage motorcycles, but so minimal that it is not visible during regular oil changes. Last service: oil and filter change June 14, 2024 at 69,530 km. This is a 40+ year old classic bike sold in as-is condition; buyer should plan to perform own maintenance or consult a trusted shop. Buyer is welcome to inspect the bike in person before bidding.
