Description

1972 Isuzu 117 Coupe with 65,800 km actual mileage, 4-speed manual, green. Engine has undergone full overhaul including cylinder rebore, valve replacement, piston rings, all bearings, timing chain, tensioner, all gaskets, and carburetor overhaul. Brakes also overhauled. Currently drives locally, starts on first crank. Inspection valid for 1 year. Repair history present; point inspection records on file.

Negative points: Engine idles low but stabilizes when warm. Fuel tank vent draws poorly; hard refueling causes backflow. Fuel gauge faulty and needs service. Brake master cylinder occasionally draws air; vehicle is drivable but service recommended. Body shows wear consistent with age. Hood strut missing. Minor rust present. Further cosmetic finishing needed but engine mechanically sound.

Seller notes this is a project car. Engine overhaul complete and runs well, but the car has several systems needing attention: fuel gauge inoperative, fuel tank vent poor, brake master cylinder draws air occasionally, hood strut missing, and general body wear with some rust.
